This compact ohmmeter is ideal for measuring the insulation resistance of electrical appliances and household appliances. Thanks to its ability to measure insulation resistance, AC voltage, low resistance, PI (polarization index) and DAR (absorption ratio), this ohmeter is a versatile and reliable tool for many applications. With a test voltage of 100V, 250V, 500V and 1000V, it is possible to measure insulation resistances up to 5.5GΩ, allowing accurate analysis and evaluation of insulation quality. The ohmeter not only provides the ability to measure the DC voltage (DC) in the measuring range of 30 to 600 V and AC voltage (AC), but also measures the resistance with great precision in the range of 0 to 999 Ω to ensure good diagnosis of electrical systems. The automatic detection of AC and DC as well as the automatic discharge ensure easy handling and maximum safety during measurement. In addition, the ohmeter has a high voltage alarm and another alarm when the limit value is exceeded. This gives the user a warning about possible risks. The ohmmeter is powered by 6 x 1.5V AA batteries. Can also be powered by a 9V DC power adapter. The ohmmeter complies with the standards CAT III 600 V, CAT I 2500 V and IEC 6010-1 and is equipped with test leads of approx. 80 cm length supplied in a case.
